A former Playboy model, who was involved with Hugh Hefner at the young age of 18, has shared her reasons for stepping away from the dating scene.
Kendra Wilkinson, now 40, once one of the famed 'bunnies' of the magazine's CEO and a resident of his mansion for half a decade, has expressed that she is currently avoiding romantic relationships entirely.
Wilkinson landed the adult-oriented position in 2004 while working as a 'painted girl' at Hefner's 78th birthday bash, quickly capturing his attention.
Soon after their initial meeting, he asked her to be one of his girlfriends, prompting her to move into the Playboy Mansion.

Wilkinson later became a part of the reality show The Girls Next Door alongside Hefner's other girlfriends like Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt.
Her fame skyrocketed, leading to her own reality TV series, Kendra and Kendra On Top, before she exited Playboy and became a licensed real estate agent in 2020.
Following her time with Hefner, Wilkinson married former NFL wide receiver Hank Baskett in 2009, but they divorced in 2018.

Since their separation, rather than pursuing new romantic interests, Wilkinson has completely sworn off men in favor of focusing on her burgeoning career in Los Angeles.
In a sunlit selfie shared on Instagram with her 3.1 million followers, she wrote: "I have no attraction to the dating world. I'm happily single."
She continued candidly: "Men. Stop asking me. It's a NO. HELL NO."
The former model reinforced her stance with another caption yesterday (3 September), stating: "Just saying hi. It’s been a great week and hope it is for you too!! Kids are thriving, I’m in 2 escrows and still single but happy single lol."

She added: "Anyone looking into selling or buying around LA let me know. Love ya."
Earlier this summer, she expressed her gratitude to those supporting her business and reiterated her lack of interest in men.
Posting a black and white selfie to her stories, she wrote: "I appreciate all the love and support. I don't have interest in men at the moment. Just work."
She concluded with: "Thank you for supporting my business."

Wilkinson has been open about the profound impact her relationship with Hefner had on her personal life.
Speaking on the Amy & T.J. podcast back in March, she revealed: "Look, I struggle still to this day with my relationships and my views on sex."
She admitted she had to 'go through a lot of therapy', explaining: "They looked at me and they’re like — this is the first time I’m admitting this — but they’re like, 'You might have a little bit of a sex problem. You have a little bit of a problem when it comes to thinking of sex'."

Discussing the long-term effects of her environment, she said her time at the Playboy Mansion triggered other emotions.
Wilkinson explained: "Not really settling for a marriage and stuff like that. Which is not, I wouldn’t say unhealthy — I’m saying that everyone has their choices, and some people wanna be single, some people wanna be married.
"And I’m more of a fun idea type of person."
